Icon Picker

qds-icon-picker provides a searchable, first-class picker for the two icon libraries documented by QDS: PrimeIcons and Lucide.

The picker stores a portable named value:

• prime:pi-bell
• lucide:bell

It implements the property-editor plugin contract, so a config field can use it with editorTag: 'qds-icon-picker'.

It emits a composed value-change event with { value } when an icon is selected or cleared.
